The Ethics Management proposal Center is a reporting channel
available to all stakeholders including employees, customers, shareholders, and partners.

Receiving funds inappropriately from stakeholders
Participating unfairly in the shares of trading companies
Lack of transparency in the selection of partner companies
Using company assets illegally or improperly
Manipulation and falsification of documents and accounts
Other violations of ethical norms (negligence, lack of supervision, abuse of power, damage to dignity, etc.)
Reporting process
Upon receipt, the report goes through the following processing steps

Submit the report containing the details.
2.Confirmation of receipt
Verify the submitted content and relevant departments for accuracy. It may be excluded from the investigation or transferred to a designated department after confirming the content.
3.Investigation initiation
In-depth investigation of the reported case and thorough analysis of related data to systematically understand the situation.
4.Investigation completion
Carefully review the collected evidence and investigation to make a careful judgment and decide on an appropriate response.
5.Conclusion
Take necessary follow-up measures promptly and actively, and you can check the processing results through [Confirming the report results].
Reports that are solely customer complaints or warranty issues may be excluded
Customer complaints, warranty issues, etc.
Inaccurate statements or unilateral accusations that defame the subject
Personal matters outside the company's purview
Baseless malicious reports will be subject to sanctions.
